形態特徵

• Plant 30 to 50 cm tall, with leaves in rosette near base, with leaf-like scales upward. Tuberoids elongate ellipsoid, 2-6 cm long, 0.5-2 cm thick.
• Leaves ovate-lanceolate to oblong, 10-20 cm long, 3-7 cm wide, apex acute, base narrowed, margins crisped; scales ovate-lanceolate, 2-4 cm long, acuminate.
• Racemes 15-25 cm long, remotely flowered; peduncle distinctly ridged, short hispid along ridges; bracts lanceolate, 15-20 mm long, 4-8 mm wide, acuminate, sometimes ciliate on upper margins, keeled abaxially; pedicel and ovary 20-25 mm long, arched, with narrow neck. Flowers green, ca. 2 cm across; dorsal sepal nearly erect, concave, ovate, 6-9 mm long, acute, 3-keeled abaxially, keels often hispid; lateral sepals reflexed, obliquely ovate, 7-10 mm long, 4-5 mm wide, slightly keeled along midrib abaxially; petals narrowly falcate, as long as dorsal sepal, 2-3 mm wide at base; lip adnate to column, 3-partite from base, with filiform segments, lateral segments 18-25 mm long, curving upward, middle segment ca. 15 mm long, pendulous, spur 18-24 mm long, curved forward, slender in middle, dilated into fusiform sac at apex; column low, 6 mm wide; anther cells with basally divergent tubes ca. 6 mm long; pollinia yellow, with slender caudicles ca. 4 mm long, viscidia small, globose or ovoid; stigma 2, with stalk beside rostellar arm.
